PHYSICAL THERAPY EVALUATION
A physical therapy evaluation is customized based on parent concerns, age of the child, and current level of functional mobility. Your physical therapist may complete standardized assessment in addition to conducting a parent interview and observing your child complete various gait, balance, strength, and gross motor tasks. Evaluations are scheduled by Crane’s pediatric Patient Care Coordinator who will provide information regarding cost and procedure. The cost of an evaluation is contingent on your insurance. All payment information will be detailed to you in advance of your evaluation.
