OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY EVALUATION
An occupational therapy evaluation is customized based on parent concerns, age of the child, and developmental level. Your occupational therapist may complete standardized assessment in addition to conducting a parent interview and observing your child complete various fine motor, gross motor, and play tasks. Evaluations are scheduled by Crane’s pediatric Patient Care Coordinator who will provide information regarding cost and procedure. The cost of an evaluation is contingent on your insurance. All payment information will be detailed to you in advance of your evaluation. Standardized assessments are optional and if administered will affect the cost of an evaluation.
