Sharon earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 1986. She has specialized in pediatrics since that time and has practiced in a variety of pediatric settings including hospital, school and early intervention. Sharon and her husband, Mo, a Physical Therapist, opened Crane Rehab Center in 1999. Sharon is certified in administration/interpretation of the Sensory Integration and Praxis Test (SIPT) and Integrated Listening Systems (iLS). She is trained in the Neurodevelopment Treatment approach (NDT) and is an Interactive Metronome (IM) provider. Sharon has provided local and national consultation and training for programs servicing children with sensory processing disorders. She is currently the co-chair of the Occupational Therapy Advisory Committee (OTAC) of the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners, sits on the Advisory Board for the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program at Delgado Community College and is gratis faculty for the LSU Health Sciences Center, Department of Occupational Therapy (OT).

Mo was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. He earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge in 1982. In 1992, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, graduating with honors. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and is an active member of the Louisiana State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. He also has extensive training in neurological and orthopedic impairments, and specializes in sports medicine and manual therapy. Mo and his wife Sharon, an Occupational Therapist, started Crane Rehab Center in 1999.

Lexi was raised in Shreveport, Louisiana where she attended Louisiana State University Health Science Center –Shreveport for her Masters in Occupational Therapy. Upon graduation in 2010, Lexi moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and started her career. Throughout the years, Lexi has completed continuing education in feeding including, the SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) Approach to Feeding program; Primitive reflex integration including, Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Integration (MNRI) Method; Integrated Listening systems (ILS) along with various vision, handwriting and play therapy techniques. She is a current member of NBCOT and AOTA. She is happy to have called Crane Rehab Center her home since 2015.
